The Project

Coke Studio Season 1 was Coca Cola’s debut into TV in the Middle East and North Africa regions. The concept of the show revolved around creating a fusion song by putting together two artists that bridge Arabic and foreign cultures.

We integrated the idea of shooting on location with the artists, allowing us to focus on their personal stories and show a glimpse of their musical backgrounds, giving each musician the right texture balance and uniqueness to contrast with the other. The result was both electric and eclectic!

The Result

The show was a huge success in the region, bringing forward a new type of original high quality programming to television.

The songs generated over 6,850,655 views online.
